These terms govern your use of Crate Haven ("the service"), operated by Vleue ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Use of the service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials and registry tokens confidential. Activity performed with your tokens is attributed to you.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, publish malware or otherwise harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to access namespaces you are not authorized to access, or abuse the service's bandwidth, storage, or mirroring capacity.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to the crates you publish. You grant Vleue the license needed to operate the service: storing your crates, distributing them to the consumers you authorize, and processing them for policy checks, documentation builds, and analysis.
You are responsible for the content you publish, including its legality and its compliance with the licenses of the code it contains.
Published versions are immutable, as is standard for Cargo registries. Yanking hides a version from dependency resolution but does not delete it.
3. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property
The service itself, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vleue. This does not affect your rights to the crates you publish, or the rights of upstream authors to crates mirrored from other registries.
5. Plans
Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page. We may change plans and prices; changes to a paid plan take effect at the next billing period.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that policy checks will catch every harmful or non-compliant crate.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vleue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by French law.
